Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting Minutes

The scheduled meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Board was conducted on October twenty-seventh ,2023 at the community center. The gathering began promptly at 6:30 PM with President, Mr. Robert Taylor , presiding over the assembled board members.

This provides an update you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are instituting several website programs designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Beginning in the coming weeks, we will be implementing a revised schedule our landscape maintenance routine. This includes more frequent mowing of grass areas and installation of new trees. Our dedicated team is focused on delivering exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
